• Contacts: If you use our application, we will have access to your full contact list (phone number list), we will use this solely in real time, and this data is not stored or used by us.
• Call logs. If you use our application, we will have access to your call logs, we will use this solely in real time to identify the call, and this data is not stored or used by us.
• Voluntary information: We collect information which you provide us voluntarily. For example, when you respond to communications from us, communicate with us via email or the website or share additional information about yourself or about others through your use of the Services.
• Online Identifiers: We may also collect Personal Information from your device. Such information includes IP address, cookies or agents (“Online Identifiers”).

 

2. Sharing Of Your Information

2.1 We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

2.2 In the following circumstances, we may disclose your personal information according to your wish or regulations by law:

3. Users with Whom You Share Your Information

We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you share your information. We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other users using an Application, the Services, or the Site (including via Forums) or how such other users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third-party circumvention of our security measures.

 

4. Permissions:

SMS Default: Allow app as default SMS system app. The main feature of the app.

READ_CONTACTS: allow to read contacts to input numbers to send and receive SMS.

READ_PHONE_STATE: this allows you to make a call from reading the message, detailed contact, and SIM information for each of your messages, allowing you to choose which sim to send the message to.

RECORD_AUDIO: Allows recording to send audio messages.

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Allows reading images to send photo messages.

 

5. Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

 

6. Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;

• To provide the Service on our behalf;

• To perform Service-related services; or

• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

I want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.
